Return Policy

· The Buyer has the right to cancel the online contract within 14 days of purchase, without any additional costs and without providing any reasons. The Buyer may also return the product, even if it was purchased at a discounted price or during a sale (it is important to note that there are some exceptions to this rule, as outlined in Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

· The returned product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original appearance. If the Seller has not informed the Buyer about this right, the Buyer can withdraw from the contract within 12 months.

· The Buyer must inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract by clearly stating the wish to withdraw from the contract. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of such notification.

· The Seller has 14 days after receiving the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the contract return to the Buyer all payments paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs if those were paid by the Buyer.

· The Seller may not refund the payments to the Buyer until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller.

· Individually ordered or clearly customized goods (engraved initials, logo, etc.) as per Buyer’s request, are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (in which case no refund will be given to the Buyer for such items).

· The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the returned goods have been used, damaged, made or adjusted individually according to a special order (non-returnable goods on which an individual inscription/picture icon/logo/initials have been engraved).

· The Buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs for good quality items returned or exchanged. In that case, only the amount of money paid for the product itself is returned to the Buyer.

· If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product is returned with the applicable discount.

· In case of product return, the amount paid for the product is returned no later than within 10 working days from the day of product return. Money is returned only to the bank account from which the order was paid.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged if the color, model, etc. did not suit. In Lithuania within 14 days, in the European Union and other countries within 30 days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

In order to exchange the purchased item:

1. Please make sure that the desired item is available in the SalmuLaikikliai.lt online store and make a reservation by e-mail salmulaikikliai@gmail.com providing all the details.

2. When sending back the product that you want to exchange, you must add a note in a free form which should indicate the order number and information about the product to be exchanged.

3. The Seller has the right not to agree to exchange the goods if the exchangeable goods have been used, damaged, made or adjusted individually according to a special order (non-returnable goods on which an individual inscription/picture icon/logo/initials have been engraved).

Goods purchased online are returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
